1. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES BY FANS:

This section describes the terms which apply to transactions and interactions between Fans and Creators:

  • All transactions and interactions facilitated by EuroFans are contracts between Fans and Creators on the terms of the Standard Contract between Fan and Creator. Although we facilitate transactions and interactions between Fans and Creators by providing the EuroFans platform, storing Content, and acting as a payment intermediary, we are not a party to the Standard Contract between Fan and Creator or any other contract which may exist between a Fan and Creator, and are not responsible for any transactions or interactions between Fans and Creators.

  • Creators are solely responsible for determining (within the parameters for pricing on EuroFans) the pricing applicable to transactions and interactions and the Content to which you may be given access. All prices appear in USD only.
  •  
  • Fan Payments are exclusive of VAT, which shall be added at the current rate as applicable to Fan Payments.
  •  
  • To view a Creator's Content and/or utilise the fan interaction function on EuroFans, you must first add a payment card to your account and then click the 'Subscribe' button on the relevant Creator's profile.
  •  
  • You authorize us to supply your payment card details to a third-party payment provider for the purpose of processing your Fan Payment. All Fan Payments will be charged in USD. Your payment card provider may charge you currency conversion fees. We do not have control over currency exchange rates or charges imposed by your payment card provider or bank and we are not responsible for paying any charges or fees imposed by your payment card provider or bank.

  • If you choose to provide details of two or more payment cards, then if you try to make a Fan Payment from the first card and the card is rejected for any reason, then the other payment card will be used to collect the full Fan Payment.

  • The payment provider will take (i) monthly payments from your payment card for Fan Payments which are Subscriptions; and (ii) immediate payments from your payment card for ad hoc Fan Payments such as use of the fan interaction function on a Creator's account or paying a tip to the Creator. You authorize and consent to each of these payments being debited using your supplied payment card details.

  • Apart from free-trial Subscriptions, all Subscriptions to a Creator's profile will automatically renew at the end of the monthly subscription period, except if your payment card was declined, the subscription price has increased, or you have turned off the "Auto-Renew" switch located on the relevant Creator's profile. This means that if you want to stop subscribing to a Creator's profile and paying continuing monthly subscription charges, you will need to turn off the "Auto-Renew" switch located on the relevant Creator's profile.

  • If you cancel a Subscription you will continue to be permitted to view the relevant Creator's Content until the end of the subscription period in which you cancelled, after which no further payments will be taken from your payment card in respect of subscriptions to that Creator's profile, and you will no longer be able to view the relevant Creator's Content.

  • You agree that you will not make unjustified requests for a refund from any Creator which you follow, or unjustified chargeback requests of your payment card provider in relation to any transaction between you and a Creator. If we consider that any request for a refund or chargeback request was made by you in bad faith, we have the right to suspend or delete your User account.

  • Wallet credits: You can prepay an amount to us (known as "Wallet Credits") which you can later use to make Fan Payments. Purchases on EuroFans cannot be divided - if you attempt a purchase that costs more than the total amount of your remaining Wallet Credits, your payment card will be charged the full amount for that purchase. Wallet Credits are subject to a maximum amount as determined by us from time to time. Interest will not accrue on Wallet Credits. You are entitled upon request (whether before or after the termination of your agreement with us) to a refund of unused Wallet Credits, unless we reasonably determine that your request for a refund is not made in good faith.

2 CANCELATION OF SUBSCRIPTION :

YOU CAN'T LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

By far the most common problem is incorrect user names or passwords. You can request a password reset which will be sent to the email account saved to your account. You can amend the email address in your settings if it changes. NOTE: Both password and user name is case sensitive so be sure you know which characters are upper or lower case.

If you are unable to log in with the reset password it's most likely that there is an error with your user name. Please check carefully that you are using the user name for this site (It may be different to your payment gateway user name). If you are unable to remember the correct user name please contact support with your registered email address and we will forward the details we hold to the email registered on your account.

YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CUSTOM REQUEST IN THE EXPECTED TIME OR IT IS NOT WHAT YOU HAD ORDERED

Our models are not employed by us and use the site to provide their services. Generally, they want to give a good service and have repeat business so please always politely contact the model as a first step to see if she can resolve your issue. If you do not get a response from the model or do not think you have had a satisfactory answer then please contact support and we will try to assist in resolving the problem. If we believe that the model has not delivered the content satisfactorily we will refund the tokens to your account. Please ensure you are familiar with the full terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

There are various types of membership and levels of cancellation so please see the options below

1) You have a single monthly premium membership and wish to revert to a free member. This is easy, your one time only membership will expire at the end of the 30 days from when you started the membership. It will then revert back to a free member, you will still have access to any paid-for VIP or Custom Content and will still be able to order more pay per view content using the token system as well as use the model tip feature. You will no longer be charged the monthly membership fee but will not have access to Subscriber Membership Content and will no longer be able to vote for the set or video of the month competition. You will still be able to log in to any of our other network sites and use your tokens to purchase content.

2) You have a recurring monthly membership and wish to cancel it to return to a free member.

If you have a recurring membership you will have used one of our payment providers to set up a recurring payment. You will need to log in to your payment provider account and tell them that you wish to stop the recurring payment and give them the website detail. The process will be easier if you still have the original purchase confirmation reference number issued by your chosen payment gateway. Once you have canceled the recurring subscription, your account will return to a free status at the end of the current 30 day membership period. you will still have access to any paid-for VIP or Custom Content and will still be able to order more pay per view content using the token system as well as use the model tip feature. You will no longer be charged the monthly membership fee but will not have access to Subscriber Membership Content and will no longer be able to vote for the set or video of the month competition. You will still be able to log in to any of our other network sites and use your tokens to purchase content.

3) You wish to have your profile deactivated on our sites.

After canceling any memberships as in points i/ or ii/ you can use the support email to request to have your profile deactivated. This will mean that you are no longer able to log in to the site and models will no longer be able to contact you. Your purchased VIP and Custom Content will still be stored on the system for a period of 6 months but you will not be able to access them whilst deactivated. If you chose to reactivate your account in that period your purchased content can be restored. After 6 months, content for deactivated accounts may be removed from the system and may no longer be recoverable. Whilst deactivated, you will not be able to access our other network sites or use your tokens on any site.
